Volunteer’s Needed (online and remote)

DAWG is currently revamping ourselves and working to create the “Library of the Poor” that we always dreamed of.

We have always dreamed of a place where people in poverty and the people working with them could go to find all the resources needed to really create change. A place where academic scholars, policy wonks, and historians could meet with the people living and doing the work every day to discuss ways they could help in our struggle.  A place where we could share all our resources to build up the oppressed and to educate the general public on what life is really like living in America.

We are so excited that you want to help create this online resource with us.

This space is by the people for the people and it will take all of us to make this online space a reality.

We need coders, webmasters, digital archivist, artist, writers, community reporters, organizers, poets, creators, storytellers, social media gurus, and you.

We need you to help us invent the online community we have all dreamed of.

We are not trying to reinvent the wheel, we are just trying to gather all the wheels together to create a train.
